Refund policy

We have a NO RETURN policy, which means you cannot return your order. Personal care goods (such as beauty, skincare products) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns at hello@claudiacolombo.com

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 4-days from receiving your package to make a claim. After 4-days you will not be able to return it or receive a refund. This is strictly enforced. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Refunds

Claudia Colombo currently accepts NO RETURNS. Your order is Final Sale. Refunds for a defective product packaging only. If any of your packages arrive damaged or if you received an incorrect item your claim with a photo must be made within 4-days from the date you receive your order and we will be happy to exchange it for the correct item.

If a refund does occur for any other reason please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@claudiacolombo.com.
