• Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to the Eastern U.S. generally take 3-7 business days. All delivery times are estimates.
• The total time needed to deliver your package may be sooner or longer.
• Claudia Colombo, is not responsible for delays in delivery due to the forces of nature and events beyond our control. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, we cannot change the address or refund you if you need to change the final destination.

• Claudia Colombo currently accepts No Returns. Due to the nature of personal care beauty and skincare goods and services returns are not accepted. Orders are Final Sale.
• Due to the inability to recoup transaction fees when an order is cancelled, all sales are FINAL.
• If your product is damaged during shipping or otherwise, please contact hello@claudiacolombo.com within 4-days of receipt. Please include images of the product, along with a photo of the lot and expiration date.
• Returns for a defective or damaged product only. If any of your packages arrive damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim with a photo must be made within 4-days from the date you receive your order and we will be happy to exchange it for the correct item.
