Apply a pea size on the fingertip and and dab along the orbital (eye contour) area and pat slowly with a feather moton until blueish color disappears and skin is luminescent. Apply your mosturizer or specialty cream over this and continue your regimen. Can be used day or night. Skin Tip: If you don’t like a shiny,dewy appearance use in the evening only!!
