HOP+ Volume Boost Spicule Face Program

A two-phase liquid microneedling treatment designed to stimulate, replenish, and support firmer, more resilient-looking skin.

The HOP+ Volume Boost Spicule Face Program pairs controlled micro-spicule stimulation with a PDRN-infused hydrogel recovery mask in a structured activate-then-recover protocol.

Originally developed for professional treatment settings and now formatted for at-home use, the program is designed for skin that has begun to lose some of its firmness, bounce, elasticity, and visible density.

Rather than relying on a single active cream, HOP+ combines physical micro-stimulation with a dedicated recovery phase to create a more intensive treatment experience than a conventional serum or cream.

PHASE ONE — ACTIVATE

The Volume Boost Spicule Cream contains hydrolyzed sponge spicules that create temporary superficial micro-channels in the skin during application.

This controlled stimulation provides a pathway for targeted ingredients while creating the physical stimulus that makes the treatment different from standard topical skincare.

PLLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid) supports collagen-signaling pathways associated with firmer, more resilient-looking skin.

PDRN (Sodium DNA) supports the skin's natural renewal and repair processes.

A targeted multi-peptide complex, including sh-Oligopeptide-1, sh-Oligopeptide-2, sh-Polypeptide-1, and sh-Polypeptide-22, provides additional support for skin renewal, elasticity, and overall skin quality.

A tingling or prickling sensation during and after application is expected with the spicule phase.

PHASE TWO — RECOVER

Following activation, the Volumizing Hydrogel Mask with PDRN provides a hydrating, comforting recovery phase.

The hydrogel creates an occlusive environment that helps maintain hydration while keeping the recovery ingredients in close contact with the skin.

Along with PDRN, the mask contains niacinamide and adenosine, supporting hydration, barrier function, and the appearance of smoother, more rested skin.

Centella Asiatica and madecassoside help calm the skin following stimulation, while panthenol and botanical antioxidants provide additional post-treatment support.

Together, the two phases create a coordinated stimulate → recover → renew approach.

CLAUDIA'S SKIN TIP

Use the whole syringe. Avoid the neck!

Each treatment contains a generous 3 mL dose, and it is tempting to think you should save some for later. Don't.

The full 3 mL is intended to be used during one treatment for the complete delivery of the formulation and its micro-spicules.

If applying the entire amount at once feels like too much, simply work in two layers:

Apply the first layer and massage as directed. Allow it to settle, then apply the remaining product as a second layer.

This makes the application more comfortable while still delivering the full intended amount of spicules and active ingredients for that treatment.

Think of it as a treatment dose, not a serum to ration.

IMPORTANT: KNOW YOUR SKIN

Because the activation phase uses micro-spicules to create controlled micro-stimulation, this treatment is not recommended for sensitive, reactive, sensitized, or barrier-compromised skin.

Do not use on irritated, damaged, or actively inflamed skin.

A temporary prickling or tingling sensation is normal during the activation phase. If your skin is not accustomed to active stimulation or you are unsure whether it can tolerate this type of treatment, this may not be the appropriate protocol for you.
