After removing makeup with GENTLE CLEANSE, squeeze a pea to dime-sized amount of WASH into your palm and work into a lather. Gently smooth over the entire face with circular movements. Rinse well with cool or lukewarm water. Use day and night in tandem with Gentle Cleanse. If you tend on the dry side, please use only 2x a week.

• If your product is damaged during shipping or otherwise, please contact hello@claudiacolombo.com within 4-days of receipt. Please include images of the product, along with a photo of the lot and expiration date.
• Returns for a defective or damaged product only. If any of your packages arrive damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim with a photo must be made within 4-days from the date you receive your order and we will be happy to exchange it for the correct item.
